Obituary
On Thursday, April 20, 2023, Christopher Kennedy, my wonderful husband and devoted father passed away at age 55 from a brief battle with cancer. Chris was born May 8, 1967 in Downey, California. Chris moved to Alaska at a young age with his father Mike, mother Sara, and his older sister Tracy. He was a life-long Alaskan until he retired and moved to Arizona. Chris loved muscle cars, 70-80’s rock music, and his family.
He is survived by his wife Malie, his children Lindie and Paden, his parents, his sister, his brother-in-law Tom, and nephew Will. He is also survived by a few aunts and numerous cousins. He will always be remembered as a loyal friend and dedicated father with a sarcastic sense of humor.
We will miss him.

So sorry to hear about Chris’s passing. We’d moved to Alaska at the same time and lived across the street on Witherspoon Circle through high school. He went to UoI when I went to WSU, I’d know he returned to Alaska after college, while I went elsewhere. I always thought there would be time to catch up.
