It is a bittersweet Christmas Eve in hearing of your passing. You and your brothers were mentors and associates that could be admired for their honor and morals in our industry. I learned a tremendous amount in our joint endeavors, and attribute much of my success to your guidance. Here’s hoping that you are still sitting in your teepee with your model T parked outside. Rest in peace, you will always be remembered fondly.

You left us too early! Have missed your upbeat Comments for the past several years. You could always outsell me 3 to 1 with your ‘Social Approach’.
