I miss you grandma. My head has been filled with “if onlys.” If only I knew last week when we talked it would be the last time…what would I have said?, if only I knew the last time I saw you a couple months ago would be the last would I have done something different? Trying to stop thinking like this because it doesnt change anything and the fact is we knew how much we loved each other. The if onlys…they dont matter because they could never change my love for you as my grandmother and your love for me as your favorite grandaughter ;0)
Haha couldnt help that…I know you would have laughed. I miss you and will never forget you!

    1. Hi Anne-Marie….

Thank you for your beautiful words about your grandma. She was so proud of you and all your accomplishments. Even though you did not get to see your grandma as often as you might have wanted too it was never a problem for her. She always kept you in her prayers especially during times of illness and your recent surgeries. She was thankful to God for every day she shared with all her family and her loved ones at Amazing Care AL.

      Love, Mom

  2. We will miss Great Grandma Boyer. She was a great inspiration and a privilege to have in our lives.

    1. Hi Connor & Brandon

Thank you for your loving words to your greatgrandma Boyer….she was so happy when she was able to see you when you visited her at our house and also at her assisted living home. She told me how much she enjoyed your visit last Christmas and hearing about all your school activities and special interests that you each have….at the time Brandon in music and art and Connor just receiving his drivers learning permit….recently I told your grandma that you did get your driver’s license and she was so happy to hear that.

I love you both with all my heart…Grandma Chris (aka Grandma long nails)

  3. I will always have fond memories of Aunt Jenny from my childhood. It was always great to see my Grandmother and my Mom spending time with Aunt Jenny. They always had such a wonderful time together when she would come to San Diego. She and Nana were so close, and would talk and laugh for hours. I will always remember the talks that we had about faith and learning God’s word. They were a true inspiration to me. I’m so glad that my children were able to meet and spend some time with her and share the good times that we had together as a family. She was a true blessing in our lives. I will miss her very much, but know that she is finally home with Jon, Nana, my Mom.

      Hi Sam & Debbie, Sarah & Joshua…

Thank you so very much for the beautiful and loving tribute to your Aunt “Jenny”….this brings back so many wonderful memories for me. I had so much fun spending time with your Nana and your mom…my dearest friend, Sheila. In High School, we would take turns riding the train between La Mirada, CA and San Diego, CA….then we would go where the boys were to attend dances. We met so many nice young men and had so much fun together. I miss your mom and Nana very much and now your Aunt Jenny will be reunited with them in Heaven. This thought gives me great joy!

You have a beautiful family and you were a devoted son and grandson to your mom and Nana…I love you very much….Chris

  4. May our many fond memories give the family peace and comfort. I will plant a Japanese Maple Tree in memory of Virginia to remind us of her strength and courage. We will find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by her love.
    With lots of love,
