Obituary

Roseanne Paula Izzo, age 64, of Litchfield Park, AZ passed away April 2, 2016. She was born July 7, 1951 in Providence, RI to Roland and Jeannette Piatt LaFlamme.

Roseanne was a loving wife and mother and a caring and devoted friend. She was a loyal parishioner of St Thomas Aquinas and St Henry’s Catholic Church.  She was an avid tennis player and a member of Wigwam Country Club.  She was also an amazing cook.

Roseanne is survived by her husband, Mark A Izzo; sons Louis and Lucas Izzo; sisters, Jennifer LaFlamme and Suzi Pennachia; brothers Roland LaFlamme, Jr., Cary and Alan LaFlamme; and four grandchildren, Bryanna, Ashley, Hannah, and Tyler Izzo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Jeannette LaFlamme and brother, Mark LaFlamme.

A visitation will be held at 5:30 with a rosary at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ. The funeral service will be at 10:00am Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392.

The family suggests that donations be made in Roseanne’s name to St Jude Children Research Hospital, Tribute #40491621, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 or via telephone 1-800-822-6344.

    Auntie Ro will be missed so much! I’m so sorry for your loss! She was amazing she always made me feel better when I was upset and talked to her. She always thought of me. She one of the few people that I allowed to call me Jessie. She is up in heaven now with grandpa Roland, grandma Jeanette and uncle Marky watching over all of us now. Love all of you. And I love you auntie Ro so much. Love Jessie
