Obituary

Joyce Ann Obrey, 77, of Goodyear, AZ passed away on November 27, 2014.  She was born April 6, 1937 in New Boston, Ohio to Howard Skidmore and Opal Stone.  She was a member of the LDS Church from 1963 to 2014 and performed various church duties.  Mrs. Obrey is survived by her husband Jerry Bruce Obrey; daughters Cathy Scarborough, Holly Mrozinski, Melissa Beeson, Rebecca Obrey; son Darren Obrey; sister Linda Wood; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her mother Opal Stone, father Howard Skidmore, stepfather Norman Long, sister Sherrie Feist, granddaughter Taylor Couiston and grandson Braden Scarborough.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 4^th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Stake Center, 425 N. Estrella Pkwy in Goodyear, AZ.   Burial will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  Condolences can be sent to www.thompsonfuneralchapel.com.
