Obituary
Jesus (Roy) Nira, 59, of Goodyear, AZ died November 13, 2014. He was born October 12, 1955 in Littlefield, Texas to Carlos and Maria Reyes. He served in the US Army from 1972 to 1975 as an E-4. Roy was a retired cable repair tech for a local phone company. He was an avid photographer and was generous to a fault. He is survived by his wife Ann Bauer; sons Marco and Danny Nira; mother Maria Reyes; sisters Reyna Kingsbury, Rosa Hernandez, Vicki Youngman, Maria Varela; brothers Martin, Juan, Carlos, Jimmy, and Manuel Reyes; 4 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at12:00 pm on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at his residence. Condolences can be sent to www.thompsonfuneralchapel.com.

I worked with Roy on and off for several years while at the Glendale yard. He was a hard worker and had the incredible talent of being one of the best trouble shooters in the Valley. I enjoyed every minute that was spent working with him. My sincerest sympathies are extended to his entire family during this sorrowful time. I know you all will miss him tremendously.
