  1. A great loss to many people that their paths crossed with Dan Snyder. To know him was to admire him. He enjoyed his Elks, Elks ritual and Elk Charities. The time I spent with Dan during ritual practice in the early days of Raceway Lodge was awesome. He was a mentor for many. I am happy to have had him as my mentor during my officer years. Thank you Dan. You left big shoes for any of us to ever fill. God Bless you, your family and friends. You are missed.

  2. Our sincere condolences to Mary and family.

When I was ER Dan was my DDGER. When I was DDGER Dan was my State President and District Leader. He was always there to help and give excellent, often humorous advice. We are all shocked by this tremendous loss.

  3. Ron and Judi to all Arizona Elks Dan will be missed and remembered by everyone. He was indeed the light of Raceway and in a way our light to what an Elk should be. He took the time to listen and help if he could. No matter the event, program, meeting or ?? he was there to add his two cents and it was worth so very much more than that. Mary and family thank you so very much for sharing him with so many people. We mourn with you for our mentor in a way he has other activities to handle for our Lord and Savior. God must have needed Dan’s special talent upstairs. See you soon our Brother.

  4. Phoenix West Elks Lodge#2729 sends it’s deepest sympathy to your family at this time. Dan was an amazing person who always made you feel welcomed and was always there with advice and an encouraging word when you needed it. He will be forever missed. TO OUR ABSENT MEMBER
