I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. kenny was a great father, husband, and friend. We have shared many great memories over the years. He will truly be missed by many people. If you ever need anything or just want to talk feel free to call anytime.

    Love always Dolly and family.

  2. Rachel and boys, I was so sorry to see this on facebook. I remember all of you so well from when you were in Moulton. I spent a lot of time with the boys babysitting. I have often wondered is Denny still answers a question with a “why”. Your family has my prayers and sympathy. May God bless all of you.

It is hard to know what to write – there seems to be no appropriate words to explain this. I tend more to think about his life. He was a very Godly man. I do not feel he died, to me he has ‘moved’ to Heaven. The separation we go through in life is painful, but the joy of knowing He is in Heaven also gives us peace that passes all understanding..The Bible says in I Corinthians 15:55-57: “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Those are strong powerful words. There is no death for Believers. Kenny has simply ‘moved’ to Heaven. We as Believers will see him again. Bye Kenny, will see you at the gates of Heaven, dressed in all your ‘Heavenly finery’ as you are now with your parents, our Son and all of your loved ones that has gone on before you. Roger is taking this pretty hard, he wanted more time with you, as did Rachel & your Sons & families. However, Roger is at peace also, knowing you are walking around – you have accomplished your goal through the saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Love you, Karen

I’ve been blessed to have met Ken several times over the years He is my sister’s father-in-law, Craig’s dad, and my nieces grandfather. Ken was a wonderful husband, a good good father, and loving grandfather. He lead by example. The evidence of his leadership is seen in his beautiful family and I know he will be greatly missed. He played a big role in the lives of his family and I know how huge the loss is for them.

Praying for his family during this time…

May the Lord bless you and keep you and May His face shine upon you and bring you peace during such a difficult time.

    With love,
    Valishia

It is so difficult experiencing grief. Kenny will be missed by all of us…Even though we know he is in Heaven we do have to suffer the pain of separation. But when our loved one is in Heaven, we are also happy for them at the same time. They will have no more pain and no more sorrow. This is why the Bible explains to us what happens to us when we ourselves pass, so we will know we have Victory over the grave. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:54-57 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.’ (KJV) …. Bye Kenny,We will see you in the morning just as the Lord has promised.
