Obituary

Fabian Andrés Misquez, age 24 died on September 2nd, 2019 in Litchfield Park, AZ.  He was born November 18th, 1994 to parents Lorraine and Robert Misquez.

From his birth, Fabian was a passionate and creative child who bore a noticeable appreciation for art, writing, music, and aesthetic taste. As he became older this affinity would soon develop into creating artwork, writing songs and poetry, and finally, the development and launch of his own clothing brand LIKE WATER.

Fabian had an obvious knack for networking within the Phoenix metro community and the states, where he would travel from time to time. He became renowned for bringing other creatives together in order to successfully execute various musical, clothing, or creative projects.

Until his passing, he was a tangibly open-hearted man whose depth, love, compassion, incredible sense of humor and integrity of spirit both touched and uplifted all those around him. It was his pure joy to bring people together in collaboration and positivity.

The basis for any of his creative projects was predominantly rooted in adherence to spiritual tenants. While Fabian was not religious, he did believe in universal spiritual themes that echoed within the projects he created. Namely, the LIKE WATER brand’s message meant that true strength and power are found in nonaggression, shapelessness, and an ability to change form no matter the circumstance. This is the premise of true freedom.

Fabian is survived by his mother Lorraine Misquez, father Robert Misquez, sister Serena Misquez, brother Robert Misquez, brother Jaime Misquez, niece Peyton Waddell, and his beloved dog Cookie.

His memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 12th with a visitation at 9:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM at Palm Valley Church, 431 N. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ, 85338.
