Obituary

On Wednesday February 1st, 2023, Andrea Lynn Lamb was called home at 50 years old after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family.
Andrea was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, to David and Sandra Kelty on September 23, 1972. She was the second of three daughters. She graduated from Neshannock High School in 1990. Andrea worked in a few different career areas, but found her passion in healthcare. She graduated from the Jameson School of Nursing, La Roche College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Arizona State University with a Master of Science in Science of Health Care Delivery, and University of Nevada – Las Vegas with a Master of Science in Nursing. She was proud to be a Nurse Practitioner for Banner Health Center in Surprise, Arizona, specializing in Family Medicine. She proudly provided volunteer healthcare services to the people of the Dominican Republic through multiple mission trips with Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church and La Iglesia Evangelica Dominicana.
Andrea is preceded in death by her parents-in-law, Joseph and Shirley Lamb.
Andrea is survived by her husband of 22 years, Joseph Lamb, daughter Lauren Brunke, sons David and Ryan Lamb, parents David and Sandra Kelty, sisters Michelle Sallmen and family and Renee Funderburk and family, nephew Justin Lamb, and many loving relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Andrea’s Life will be held at Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church in New Castle, Pennsylvania on Saturday March 11th, 2023. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM to 1:00PM with Celebration of Life to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church’s Dominican Republic Mission in memory of Andrea.

  5. So sorry for your loss. I remember her beautiful smile everyday when I went to the ymca when she worked at the desk. So sorry Joe. I often talk about the good old days working out at the y with all the guys, having fun and joking around.
