Obituary

Lupe B. Silva, 84, a resident of Tolleson died on May 2, 2015 in Goodyear.  Silva was born January 5, 1931 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Miguel and Josefina Benavidez. Silva was a seamstress for 25 years.  Silva was a member of the Coldwater Springs Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  Silva is survived by sons Frank Silva Jr. and Ricardo Silva, daughters Virginia Perez (Jesse) and Angelina Silva Tarango as well as 18 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.  Silva is preceded in death by her husband Frank Silva, sons Ernesto Silva and Alberto Silva, and daughter Veronica “Betty” Silva.  Visitation will be held from 2-5 pm on Saturday, May 9^th at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ.  Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 9^th at Thompson Funeral Chapel.
