  1. Kip Gregory says:

Joe and family, the Gregorys remember Kay with great fondness and are thinking of her — and you — this morning at her memorial mass. She was a good, rock-solid, loyal friend to my parents, especially my mother. May she rest in peace.

  2. Judi Alonzo says:

It was my pleasure to have worked at LA Loma for 3 years during which time I came to know and love Kay. She had an irascible and quick wit and I loved her Irish ways. My husband and I would occasionally run into Kay and Joe shopping or at a local restaurant. She always had a huge hug for me and wanted to know when I was coming to LA Loma to sing again. I loved Kay Rooney and she was a major character in my life’s journey. I will miss her greatly, I already do.
