Obituary

Sharon Irene Scott (Young) passed away on Monday January 9th. Sharon was born to William and Dorothy (Hoyle) Young on April 1, 1947 in Safford, Arizona. In 1963 she fell in love and married her husband of almost 60 years Jerry Michael Scott. Sharon devoted her life to her family and traveled around with Jerry creating a home and finding new friends wherever she went. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to us all and will be greatly missed. Sharon is survived by her husband of 59 years Jerry, daughter and son in law Kim (Scott) and Mike Meeds, daughter Sara Scott, brother and sister in law Stan and Patty Young, sister in law Mimi Young, Aunt Pat Turnbull, Grandsons Justin Meeds and David Meeds, nephew Jeff Young, nieces Paulla (Young) Opry and husband Arvid, niece Kristen Young, nephew TJ Abeyta, nephew Nathan Young and niece Mia Rae Young.
