  1. Dear Bob,
Although our times together were infrequent and brief, your love of family, generous spirit and clever sense of humor, wonderful storytelling and endearing malapropisms will always be cherished whenever I think of you. Thank you for being such a wonderful husband to my sister, and a father and grandfather who was and still is truly beloved. I imagine you are enjoying the eternal sunshine of Heaven, and the blessing of the Lord’s presence, the health you enjoyed in your youth, and a joyful reunion with your loved ones who journeyed before you. Until we meet again!
    Love always,
    Mary

Bob had a wonderful sense of humor and a loving father, husband and friend. We will remember him always. He and Melanie have been faithful and were the glue that held the family together when they lived in Florida. We have missed their presence throughout the years and family get-togethers in their home. Our prayers are with Melanie and with Bob’s extended family. We will see you again,
I Thessalonians 4:13-18 “But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”
