Obituary
Peter Edmund Lentz born October 18, 1943, taken way too soon November 26, 2021. He was a devoted husband to Waltraud, loving father of Jason (Joelle) and Grant (Vickie), doting grandfather to Justin, Joey, Abigail, Matthew, Nick, and bonus grandson Andrew. He had loved his beloved Marine Corps and honorably served his country in Viet Nam. Preceded in death by his parents Edmund and Margaret. Pete will be remembered by friends and family as a person larger than life, both in physical stature as well as personality. He impacted everyone’s lives that he came into. Although he may be gone, he will never be forgotten!!
Memorials can be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I didn’t know Pete for very long but got to share thoughts, opinions and ideas on Facebook and became I hope friends.
He was a man with convictions and he will be truly missed.

Only known him for a short time but I can honestly say he was a good, kind, caring, fun to be around person. He definitely touched my heart. Glad I got to see him not long ago.Rest In Peace Pete. You will be truly missed.
