Obituary

Mr. Joseph Hernandez, 79, of Avondale, Arizona died October 17, 2021 in Avondale, Arizona. He was born June 13, 1942 in Phoenix, Arizona to Albino and Alejandra Hernandez. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia.
He is survived by his daughter Lori Hernandez, sons Roy and Gabriel Hernandez, sisters Lupe and Carmen Hernandez, and brothers Richard and Greg Hernandez. He also leaves behind three grandchildren.
Joe came from a big family of two girls and eight boys. Joe served in the United States Army right out of high school. He later married Virginia Silva and had three children with her. He had three grandchildren, whom he loved dearly.
A visitation will be held 6PM on October 27 at Thompson Funeral Chapel in Goodyear, Arizona.
