Mr. Jason Alan Van Dyke, age 30, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on February 27, 2021 in Glendale, Arizona. He was born May 9, 1990 to Rodney Van Dyke and Mona Milligan in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jason is survived by his spouse, Evelina Stogowski, his daughter; Mila Joy Van Dyke, his son; Jace Alan Van Dyke, his sisters; Janessa Darst, Jessica Darst, Karen Barrett, Cassie Van Dyke, and Devin Hamm, his brothers; Dillon Van Dyke, and Kellyn Milligan, his parents; Rodney Van Dyke and Mona Milligan, and his grandparents; Kirk and Joy Michelle Houston as well as Shirley and Gary Gillard.
A visitation will be held from 1:00PM-3:00PM on Monday, March 8th, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Chapel 926 S. Litchfield Rd. in Goodyear, Arizona. A funeral service will follow the visitation, from 3:00PM-4:00PM at the same location.

Jason, you have touched more lives than you could have known brother! I have known you since 6th grade and our continued friendship tuned into brotherhood! I will always and forever cherish the many memories we had! Love you bro rest easy.
