   Dear Dagro family. I am very sorry for your loss. Jack was a colleague and mentor to me during the beginning of my mortgage lending career in the late 70’s-early 80’s, Mercury S&L days. Jack made a lasting impression that I am so thankful for. His laugh was heard Dept’s away, so full of life. He was tough and a serious mentor to me that helped shape my future career endeavors with strong working principles and ethics. I am so grateful to have worked with Jack. He shared small tidbits of his wealth of knowledge and wisdom that was pure gold.
   Jacks mentoring was tough, he made you think and come up with the answer or get in the ballpark before he’d go any further on discussing and work toward problem solving. He taught me how to exhaust all avenues before giving up; everyone deserves 100% of your effort no matter how challenging or time consuming it may be.

   Jack is a very rare teacher with a unique outlook that i can truly say he was one in a million.
   Thank you Jack for your unconditional knowledge and friendship. I will never forget it with much gratitude. You made the world a better place. Rest in peace.

   Always, keep fond memories close and remembered often; they will ease painful moments of his absence. God bless.
