  4. This isn’t easy for anyone, I sure am going to miss you. We had some long 12+ hour days on the tower together in Medina talking crap about all the rich people and about our time in the military. Now that I look back at those days am glad the we got to spend that time together. You were the only one that I could call on about my Toyota problems. You were the one that pushed me to actually work on it. Thank you Eric for all your knowledge ,wisdom and most importantly your friendship. You will forever be remembered and cherished.

    Love your Ericsson buddy Chris

  6. I still can’t understand or believe this news. Just the other day I was telling my soldiers about the awesome dudes I went to Germany with, SPC Backhaus, Eric being one. Seemed like everyday you were telling me “SSG Castro I cant wait to get out” Lol But everyday we had a blast picking on Chawbez, Oli and the boys, talking real estate and the best talking politics while eating horrible dfac breakfast and drinking the worst coffee in Germany. You were an awesome person and You will be missed by everyone
