Obituary

Carole Jean Hensley, 79, of Litchfield Park, Arizona passed away peacefully on August 22, 2021 in Goodyear, Arizona, beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and aunt. She was preceded in death by her father, mother and beloved son Ray.

She will be forever loved, cherished, and remembered by all those left behind. Doug, her husband of 42 years, sister Kathy, 3 children Pam, Dale, and Susie, 10 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, 3 nieces, and 1 nephew, plus their significant others. (If you’re counting that’s 79 family members, which by the way, was her age)

Carole was born to Ed and Theoria Heise in Los Angeles, California on Easter Sunday, April 5, 1942. She dedicated her life to her family and was devoted to each of them. She will be remembered as a very compassionate, open-minded, and non-judgmental person. Carole’s unconditional love was felt by all that she encountered, a trait she got from her mother.

For those that were privileged to know her, there are no words to describe how much she will be missed. We will be forever grateful for her love and devotion to our family, it has made us strong and resilient. Her legacy will live on in each one of us, she will never be forgotten.

There will be a service for Carole at Thompson Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 2pm.
