Obituary
Ruben M Moreno, age 66 of Goodyear, AZ died September 4, 2017. He was born February 2, 1951 in Silver City, NM to Manuel and Anita Moreno. Ruben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western New Mexico University as well as an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary School – Cordon Blue. He is survived by his wife, Alicia Moreno; daughters, Deana and Lynae Moreno; sons, Bryan Moreno; brothers, Arnold, Eddie, and Rudy Moreno; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, one brother and his grandparents.
A visitation will be held at 11:00 am with a rosary at 12:00 pm, Friday, September 8, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ. A funeral mass will follow at 1:30 pm, Friday, September 8, 2017 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 La Pasada Blvd, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Burial will be at 3:00 pm in Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W Thomas Road, Avondale, AZ.
