Obituary

Elnora Haynes was born on March 9, 1933 in Nevada County, Arkansas to her parents Robert & Sarah Johnson.

Elnora was faithful in her belief in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Elnora was employed and retired from Luke Air Force Base after 30 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Johnson; mother, Sarah Johnson; husband, Fred D. Haynes; sister, Dorothy Jean Johnson; and brother, Nelson Douglas Johnson.

Elnora leaves to cherish her memory two daughters and one son-in–law, Rose and Lawrence Colbert and Ola M. Earley; five grandchildren, Rodney and Brian Chester, Roy Charles, and Daniel and Fredrick Earley; eight great grands and one great great grand as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mother we are going to miss you some days more than others, but we thank God for the beautiful memories you have left us. Your daughters, (Rose and Ola.)

A visitation will be held at 10:30 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am, Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Mt. Zion Christian Assembly, 1421 S. Palo Verde Road, Buckeye, AZ 85326. Burial will follow at 12:30 pm at Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery, 23100 W Broadway Road, Buckeye, AZ 85326.

  3. Praying that the Haynes family will have peace during this time of great sorrow. So very sorry for your loss. Please remember God knows and understands your pain for he too lost a loved one in death – his beloved son, Jesus Christ. Acts 13:30 says, “God raised him up from the dead.”
    The Bible offers that same hope to us as well. Isaiah 26:19 promises, “Your Dead Will Live. Awake and shout joyfully, You Residents In The Dust!..” With deepest sympathies.
