Obituary

Hector R. Tantoco, age 88 of Avondale, Arizona died September 14, 2016 in Goodyear, AZ. He was born December 20, 1927 in Manila, Philippines to Luis and Carmen Tantoco. Hector was an attorney and a real estate broker. He was the General Manager of IDFS Morocco and Tyrrell Limited, LLC in New York City, NY. He was also the founder of the Filipino Jaycees Bowling League in New York City.

Hector is survived by his wife, Celeste Tantoco; daughters, Cynthia, Minerva and Aurora Tantoco, and Georgia Bulaong; sons, Eddie and Hector Dante Tantoco; brothers, Ricio and Ambassador Bienvenido Tantoco; nieces and nephews, Zenaida, Rico, Marileu, Menchu, Maritess and Marilou; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Edward Tantoco, Jr.

A visitation will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ. A funeral mass will be held at a future date in Manila, Philippines. Burial will be at Tantoco Rustia Mausoleum, Manila Memorial Park, Parañaque, Philippines.
