Obituary
Joseph Russell Richards, 60, of Goodyear, AZ died July 21, 2015 in Goodyear, AZ. Mr. Richards was born March 12, 1955 in Phoenix, Arizona to Edwin Allen Richards Sr. and Marjorie Violet Richards. He was a dedicated employee of APS for 35 years. Mr. Richards enjoyed the outdoors. He was a avid golfer and mountain biker. He is survived by wife Cynthia Diane Richards , daughters Tara Richards, Tamara Richards, one brother Edwin Allen Richards Jr. He is preceded in death by his Parents Edwin Richards Sr. and Marjorie Richards, Sister Virginia VanDerHart. Visitation will be held 10:00 am with Funeral Services to follow at 10:30 am Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Estrella Mountain Community Church, 10485 South Estrella Parkway, Goodyear, AZ 85338.
