Obituary

Charles Melvin Moore of Avondale, AZ died October 4, 2016 in Glendale, AZ. He was born May 24, 1935 in Deep River, IA to Charlie and Laverta Moore. He served in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1958 and was a Korean War Veteran as well as a member of the American Legion.

Charles is survived by his wife, Rosemary; daughters, Tobie (Dean) Anderson, Keely Ruby; son, Todd Ward; seven grandchildren, Jenna Becko, Denise Anderson, Courtney, Chelsea, Cheyenne , Zach, and Dakota Ward; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Laverta Moore and his brother, Louie Moore.

A visitation and service will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85338.
