Click here for the memorial slideshow of William Leo Hott (Papa) was born on June 9th, 1946 to Marvin Hott and Elva Hott in Springfield, West Virginia. Leo was the youngest of five children with three brothers and a sister. He served in the US Air Force from 07/1964 – 07/1968 as a communication specialist.

Leo moved to Phoenix, Arizona and married his previously deceased wife, Sherry Hott and had two children, Michelle and Julie. He was a grandpa to seven grandkids and a great grandpa to eight great-grandchildren with another on the way. Leo was known for his strength, love, sense of humor, and amazing advice, who loved his family more than life itself.

With a heavy heart, we will be saying goodbye on Saturday, January 16th, 2021. He was a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and military veteran.

    It’s hard to believe you are not here. It’s even harder that I can’t pick up the phone and talk to you about life.
    You have always been a great listener and friend. I will miss our meals at Black Bear and the Mexican restaurant in Avondale.
    You will be missed by so many of us for your love and encouragement.
