  1. My sincere condolences. Had known Billy all my life – from when he grew up next to the stone building. Always fun, honest and sincere. Bob Murphy

  2. My Condolences to the Faria Family.

I am very Sorry to hear of his Passing. He was a Great Man, Loving Father, and True Patriot!

I loved talking with him about the Red Sox, Driving thru Oak Bluffs, when he would point out boyhood experiences and history.

We were in Awe as Children of his Purple Heart, for his service and wounding in Korea, but as we grew up, we realized why he did not talk much about it.

Loved to hear him tell about what it was like growing up in Oak Bluffs, and the Many experiences he had.

I loved having Phone Conversations with him when he lived in Goodyear, and he could remember things from long ago, like they were Yesterday!

An End of an ERA; of when the Island was a different place.

My Condolences To Hazel, Billy Jr, Graham, Nancy, and the Grandchildren.

  3. So sorry to read of your loss, Hazel. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
