Vivian C. Palmer, age 97 of Litchfield Park, AZ died December 2, 2017 in Goodyear, AZ. She was born October 8, 1920 in Franklin, AR to Samuel and Nellie Coleman. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Hayes and her husband, Jim; one grandchild, Jon Hille; and two great-grandchildren, Nickolas and Maddie Hille. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.K. Palmer.
