Obituary

Mrs. Shirley E. Zielinski, 93, of Goodyear, Arizona died August 20, 2021 in Goodyear, Arizona.  She was born August 26, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Richard Todd and Violet Todd.

Shirley was one of two children born to Violet and Richard Todd of Chicago, Illinois.  She married Norbert Zielinski and had four children with him, Norman, Shirley, Patricia, and Stanley.  She retired to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1987.  Shirley enjoyed ceramics, gardening, bird houses, and sunflowers.  She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2019 and to Goodyear in 2020.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Trammel, sons, Norman Zielinski and Stanley Zielinkski, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.  Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert Zielinski, daughter, Shirley Updegraff, and brother, Richard Todd Jr.

There will be a visitation at Thompson Funeral Chapel on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 1pm.
