Obituary

Ruby R. Evans was born October 3, 1960 to the union of Hattie Luckett and George Evans. Ruby had a mother and father (Hattie and George) who preceded her in death.

Ruby accepted Christ at a young age. Every morning she would read her bible to help guide her through her daily life.

Ruby attended Westcott Elementary School and graduated from Calumet High School. Ruby also attended DePaul University as well as South Suburban college.

Ruby Evans worked as a MVD agent for Southwest Title Loans.

Our mother always had a kind work to say to a loved one or even a stranger. Ruby was a very compassionate, smart, soft spoken and had a great sense of humor.

Ruby departed this life on July 5, 2020 and leaves to cherish her memory are: her daughters, Timicka and Teniusha; her grandchildren, Rakiya and Miracle; her sisters, Shwanda, Renee, Clovetta, Dwanna and a host of other relatives and friends.
