Obituary

Mr. Ruben Rodriguez, 62, of Goodyear, Arizona died October 10, 2021 in Goodyear, Arizona. He was born June 11, 1959 to Goya and Guadalupe Rodriguez in Wasco, California. He was preceded in death by Carmen Olague.
Ruben is survived by his daughter Georgia Hernandez and her husband Jesse Hernandez, and son Abel Rodriguez and his wife Maya Martinez. He is also survived by his parents Goya and Guadalupe Rodriguez, sisters Miné, Juana, Lala, Ofelia, and Sally, brothers Tom, Wally, Ray, Henry, Santos, Mario, and Philemón. Ruben also leaves behind five grandchildren Adam, Ashley, Lila Xavier, and Issac, and one great-grandchild Baby Adam.
Ruben was a loving man with a very huge heart. He loved his family and friends and every second he was able to spend with them. Ruben enjoyed music, dancing, and always making people laugh with his silliness. His grandchildren were very important to him.
A visitation will be held at 6PM October 22 at Thompson Funeral Chapel in Goodyear, Arizona.
