Obituary
Raymond M. “Go Go” Gonzales, Jr. of Avondale, Arizona went to be with the Lord February 16, 2023. He was born December 14, 1971 in Phoenix, Arizona to Raymond Gonzales, Sr. and Alice (Samaniego) Gonzales.
He is survived by his father Raymond Gonzales, Sr., mother Alice Gonzales, sister Sandy Costa, fiancé Evette Escobar, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family, and friends.
A visitation will begin at 9AM on Saturday, March 11 at Thompson Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 10:30. His final resting place will be at Holy Cross Cemetery (time yet to be set).

I have so many wonderful memories to share. It’s hard to pick one. I met Larry and Sue while working out at the gym at the Lake Arrowhead Resort. Larry noticed I was wearing a Wisconsin sweatshirt. That started the conversation and then he was flabbergasted to find out my name is Marlena! That started the friendship and my husband and I felt that Larry and Sue were more like family than friends.
We so enjoyed sharing our summers on the dock in Lake Arrowhead with them and our visits to Arizona. Such fun and so much laughter.
You’re always going to be in our hearts. We love you, Larry❤️
