Raymond Everett Wingett, age 27 of Phoenix, AZ died June 11, 2017. He was born July 15, 1989 in San Jose, CA to Jeff Wingett and Tanya Lohr. Raymond was an avid animal lover who spent every waking moment he could with his pets and family. He owned and operated Big Mutts Grooming with his fiancé Jasmine. He is survived by his fiancé, Jasmine Valencia; father, Jeff Wingett; and grandparents, Timothy and Beverly Lohr, and Janice Watkins. He also leaves behind his Uncle Vernon, Uncle Chad and Aunt Shannon.
