Obituary

Rodney Dean Randall passed away today, Friday, December 7th, 2012.  Rod was full of life, love and joy. A man who loved unconditionally. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, son, uncle and friend. Rod has a wonderful family with a loving wife, children, grandchildren and parents. His face would light up when he saw his wife at the beginning and end of each day. He loved to visit and spend time with his grandchildren. Taking them to McDonalds, playing ball or wrestle with them. He would do a high 5 with one and a fist bump with another. Rod was always there for everyone – family, friend and foe. He gave generously and with an open heart. Rod was dealt so many obstacles in life, but did not let that get him down. He was an inspiration to everyone he met.  Rod overcame his handicap and lived life as though nothing were wrong. Rod had more energy than a man without his limitations. Rod would often joke regarding his disabilities. Rod would always have his video camera recording his grandchildren or other events. He loved his grill, backyard and waterfall (his oasis).  Rod, we love you. we miss you. Our hearts will never be whole again. You have been our strength and inspiration. We admired your strength through the challenges in your life. You were taken too soon and we will never know why. We are never prepared for the passing of a loved one, but we find peace and comfort in knowing you were a man of GOD. You will always and forever be in our hearts and on our mind. Rod is survived by his loving wife, Loretta Randall, parents, Harry and Galene Randall, 5 children, Colby Jay Randall, Callie Ranae Pond, Joyce Nicole Andrade, Chase Nichols Randall and Kelsea Roxanne Tidwell, 2 step children, Crystal Mary Elizabeth Davis and Garrett Richard Graves, 7 grandchildren, Ethan Eugene Andrade, Madeleine Shea Pond, Landon Kenneth Andrade, Brody Jared Randall, Chloe Nicole Andrade, Brin Nicholette Randall and Everett Roland Pond, 4 step-grandchildren, Joseph Richard Leanos, Jonathan Patrick Leanos, Jordyn Grace Davis and Jaelyn Mary Christine Davis, 5 siblings; Steve Randall, Jeanette Randall Steinburg, Lisle Randall, Greg Randall and Brian Randall and many nieces and nephews. Rest in Peace
