Obituary

Lorine Williams age 70 of Goodyear; AZ went home to glory 2/16/2021. She was born on 6/14/1950 in Phoenix, AZ to Hattie Mae Williams of Crocket, TX, and Luther Lee Williams of Houston, TX.

She was a true woman of God and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt and had a heart made of gold.  She always would go above and beyond to help anyone in need. She cared for many unselfishly in her lifetime.  She has a true crown awaiting her in heaven.

Lorine leaves behind to cherish her memories daughter Karen (Chris) Marinos of Surprise, AZ, granddaughter’s  Charday Williams & great grandson Cayden Williams of Raleigh, NC, Mia Palacio of San Diego, CA, Grandson Anthony Marinos, of Surprise, AZ, Sister’s Frances Williams of Avondale, AZ, Rosetta Finley of Phoenix, AZ, Brother Luther Lee Williams  of Glendale, AZ, of Phoenix, AZ, cousin Daisy Johnson of Phoenix, AZ four nieces, 6 nephews, and a host of great- nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Lorine is preceded in death by her son Anthony Williams, parents Hattie Mae & Luther Lee Williams, sister’s Virginia Williams, Annie Mae Williams, brother Melvin Williams, and uncle Delmer Baker.

Services will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Chapel 926 S. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85338, with Pastor Jonathan Williams officiating and Charday Williams sharing a scripture. Wake will be held 2/24/2021 6:00 to 9:00 pm, with home going service 2/25/2021 9:30 to 11:00 am. And, procession to Holy Cross Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
