Obituary

Linda Helen Hubbs, age 73, of Goodyear, Arizona passed away on February 5, 2021 in Glendale, Arizona. Linda was born January 5, 1948 in Pensacola, Florida to Henry and Helen Stannard. She was preceded in death by her second husband of 24 years, Richard, and her daughter, Katherine.

Linda was an active member of the American Legion, Luke-Greenway Women’s Auxiliary Post #1 for nearly 40 years, she was dedicated to serving veterans and the community. She enjoyed retirement by traveling and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son Charles, and his wife Sundee; her three grandchildren; stepsons, Rick and John, and John’s wife Janet, her stepdaughter Mary and her husband, Keith.

There will be a celebration of life held at the American Legion Post #1 on February 27, 2021 at 11:00AM, located at 364 North 7^th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.

The family suggests that donations be made to the Arizona Humane Society in Linda’s honor.
