Obituary

Kaycee Jordan Wiley, 7 weeks old, of Goodyear, Arizona passed away on September 16, 2020 in Goodyear, Arizona. She was born on July 26, 2020 to Pierre Wiley and Emily Wiley in Phoenix, Arizona.

Kaycee loved snuggling with her mom and dad. While laying in mom and dad’s arms she would give a smile of cuteness and look out of the corner of her eyes to spy on mom and dad. Kaycee loved being hugged, kissed, and loved on by her big sister Brookelynn. Kaycee and Brookelynn enjoyed tummy time together, where Brookelynn would encourage Kaycee to work on lifting and turning her head. Kaycee enjoyed laying and relaxing in her swing, where she would fall asleep watching Brookelynn playing, her dogs Shado and Merlyn running around, and mom and dad moving around the room. She loved video chatting with her grandpop Wiley and grandma and grandpa Uzpen. Kaycee would melt her mom and dad’s heart with her beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. Kaycee was an avid music listener, listening to lullabies and country music, along with Disney’s “Frozen 2” soundtrack with her big sister Brookelynn.

Kaycee was a part of the “Milk of the month club,” and captain of the tummy time squad. A snuggle club member since 2020, and a recipient of the sound sleeper award, she was voted as having the cutest nose scrunch and a burp belching champion. Kaycee also held the side-eye sneak, and melting of mom and dad’s heart awards and was definitely a MVS (most valuable snuggler.)

Kaycee is survived by her parents, Emily and Pierre Wiley; her big sister, Brookelynn Wiley; her grandparents, Knoble Wiley and Matt and Wendy Uzpen; her great-grandfather, Earl Olson; her chosen god-parents, Geoff and Mai Flournoy Bradley and Sandra Uzpen, and Andre and Patti Wiley. Kaycee is also survived by her Uncles and Aunts, Jacques Wiley, Eric Uzpen, Hayley and Adam Westerby, Nick Uzpen and Lana Swenson, and Mandy Fenicle-Uzpen; and her cousins, Jacob Underberg, Jasmine, Adalynn, and Matthew Uzpen, Audrey Uzpen, Quincy Flournoy and Kendyl.

Kaycee will be missed, but will forever be in our hearts.
