Obituary

Ms. Kara Jean Weldon, age 37, of Santa Monica, CA ended her cancer battle on October 7 ,2021.  She was born July 28, 1984 in Edina, Minnesota. She is survived by her parents Robert and Karen Weldon and sisters, Patricia Weldon, Tara Weldon, Kim Weyer, (Adam), nieces Oliva and Taylor and her beloved dog Lucky

Kara graduated from Lewis Palmer High School in Monument, CO. She attended Texas A&M University. In order to pursue her passion in the fashion industry, Kara transferred and graduated from Texas State in fashion merchandising. She accepted an internship in Los Angeles with BCBG where she climbed the corporate ladder for over seven years. The past six years, Kara worked at Forever21. Her most recent position was the Sr. Manager of Web Merchandising.

Kara loved living by the ocean, her many trips to Las Vegas, but most of all spending time with her family, cousins and friends. `

We would like to thank most of all her cousin and best friend, Jackie Shenoo and her Aunt Mary Shenoo for all of the daily support they have given over the past two years.
