Obituary
Julius Phillip Diogenes was born May 31, 1945 in Gorgi, Russia. Jules passed away peacefully on November 21, 2021. He was survived by his wife of 33 years, sister, daughter, and grandchildren who he adored. Julius moved to Arizona in 2005 and worked as a Civil Engineer for a local Engineering firm and he worked with many cities and towns in the west valley.
