Obituary

Mr. John Allen Fudge, Sr., of Buckeye, Arizona passed away on August 16, 2022 in Goodyear, Arizona at the age of 81. He was born April 20, 1941 to Neutie and Viola Fudge in Newark, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Lee-Fudge, mother, Ophelia Viola Fudge, father, Neutie Fudge, Sr., brothers Gregory Fudge and Alonzo Fudge, and sisters Brenda Fudge and Barbara Jenkins.

Mr. Fudge was an educator for 35 years in the Newark Public School System. He loved imparting his knowledge into the young students. He shared his love for art by teaching and making it himself. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Fudge is survived by his daughters, Cassandra Fudge-McClanahan and Adrienne Collier, son John Fudge, Jr., sisters, Gloria Fudge, Phyllis Fudge, Cynthia Fudge, Shirley Fudge-Mueller, and Debra Fudge-Hagan, and brothers Neutie Fudge, Alvin Fudge, and Richard Fudge. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
