Obituary
Jacob Douglas Collins, 29, of Greenwood Lake, New York died July 19, 2021 in Goodyear, Arizona. He was born January 2, 1992 in East Stroudsburgh, Pennsylvania to Edwin Collins and Judith Ortner.
Jacob loved fixing cars ever since he was a boy. He could make anyone laugh at anytime and was a hard worker who could accomplish anything he put his heart into. He loved riding his dirt bike and spending time with his family. Jacob will be remembered for touching so many lives and for his big heart.
He is survived by his son, Christopher Collins, sister, Summer Collins, parents, Edwin Collins Jr. and Judith Ortner, and grandparent, Roberta Bush. Jacob is preceded in death by his grandparents, Margaret and Alfred Ortner and grandfather, Edwin Collins Sr.
A visitation will be held at 6pm on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 623 S. Litchfield Rd. Goodyear, Arizona 85338.

Judy my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have had the privilege to know and work with Jacob.
Jacob had a sweet tooth and enjoyed some sweet treats I brought him from a local bakery. Jacob will be missed.
He is in our memory but also in God’s.
