I am so sorry to discover Goebel’s passing! I was very good friends with her son Michael Barry from highschool until he passed. I always sent her a Christmas card and tried to keep in touch with her after Michael died. I was sending out Christmas cards and did a Google search for her and discovered her passing. I met Georgia once when I went to visit Mike in Dearborn back in 1980. I have never forgotten her southern flair! I am so sorry for the family. I know Goebel had a strong faith in Jesus and she is with him and her beloved son Michael. I’ve missed Michael dearly.
