Obituary
Evelyn Gail Lair, age 66, of Avondale, Arizona passed away on March 15, 2021 in Avondale, Arizona. She was born July 3, 1954 to Anthony and Ruby Sampson in Alexandria, Louisiana.
She is survived by her husband, James Lair Jr., her daughter; Talia C. Lair, her son; Donald J. Lair, her sister; Tonya C. Sanders, her brothers; John L Sampson Sr., Dewey Sampson, and Anthony Sampson. Evelyn is also survived by her three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, her mother, and three of her siblings.
A visitation will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 South Litchfield Road in Goodyear, Arizona.
The family suggests that donations be made to a Cancer research organization of you choosing in honor of Evelyn.
