Ester Salas Cabrera died February 18, 2023 at the age of 90 due to a house fire. She was born in Millet, Texas on May 7, 1932 to Jose and Josephine Salas. She moved to Arizona about 70 years ago and is survived by her sons Rogelio (Isabel) and Martin (Kori) Cabrera and sister Felipa Tequida and brother Alfredo Salas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her husband Ylario Cabrera, son Ruben Cabrera, Francisco Cabrera Sr. and grandson Francisco Cabrera Jr.

A celebration of life will be at the Old Town Avondale Reception Hall (16E. Western Ave, Avondale, AZ 85323) between 5:00-7:30pm March 21, 2023.

A graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Avondale, Arizona at 11:00am on March 22, 2023.
