Obituary
Emerenciana Bartling, age 77 of Litchfield Park, AZ died January 3, 2018 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on June 30, 1940 in Pampanga, Philippines to Miguel and Lucia Macalino. Emerenciana loved to cook authentic Filipino foods. She enjoyed watching Filipino soap operas and going to the movies. She loved traveling and site seeing and took pleasure in mingling with her friends at the Avondale Senior Center. But she especially loved spending time with her family.
Emerenciana is survived by her daughters, Maria Medina, Andrea Bartling and Marivic Martinez; sisters, Flora Martinez, and Lolita Macalino; brother, Mario Macalino; and six grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm, Monday, January 8, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85338.
