Obituary

Donna J. Brisby, age 64 of Litchfield Park, AZ died December 30, 2018 in Goodyear, AZ.  She was born August 29, 1954 in Victorville, CA to Norman Hall and Delores Baatz.  Quiet and kind, Donna was always aware of the needs of others and quick to make sure that they were taken care of.  She would often grocery shop for food, only to give half of what she bought to others.

Donna was a stay-at-home mother who cared for her family and her children.  She was her husband George’s best friend and was never angry with him.  Together they enjoyed walking, hunting, picnics, swimming or just floating down the canals on an innertube.   She also enjoyed riding horses with her family.  She was friendly with the people in her neighborhood and kind to everyone that she met.  She and George would often have neighbors over to their house where they would sit outside and talk into the night.

Donna is survived by her husband, George Brisby; daughter, Delilah Brisby ; and sons, George Brisby, III and Sircy James Brisby.  A visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ  85338.
