Obituary

Cynthia Kaye Ramsdell Hodge of Avondale, Arizona died June 26, 2022 in Goodyear, Arizona at the age of 55. She was born March 30, 1967 in Havre deGrace, Maryland to Charles and Brenda Ramsdell. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Hodge; daughter, Jessica Hodge; sister, Cheryl Haynes; brother Brandon Ramsdell; and her mother, Brenda Ramsdell. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Ramsdell.

In 1971, Cynthia and her family made the move from Havre deGrace, Maryland to Yuma, Arizona. She graduate from Kofa High School in 1985. Wile living in Yuma, she met her future husband, Thomas Hodge. They were married on July 31, 1996, and were married for 26 years. They moved to the Phoenix area in 1996. A few months later, their family of two grew to three when they welcomed a baby girl into the family. After spending many years in the workforce, she decided she wanted to put all her focus into her daughter and spending time with her.

Cynthia was a devoted and loving mother, daughter ,and wife who instilled in her daughter the value of family, love, and kindness.

The world lost a wonderful and beautiful woman who will always be missed and will forever live in our hearts.
