Obituary

Jesus “Chuchi” Chacon, 25, of Avondale, AZ died April 23, 2014 in Goodyear, AZ.  He was born December 7, 1988 in Phoenix, AZ to Jesus Chacon and Frances Acosta.  Beloved son, brother, father, cousin, nephew, and friend.  We will love and miss you always.  He is survived by his daughter Isabella Chacon; son Nathaniel Chacon; parents, Jesus and Frances; sisters Dolores Chacon, Mary Acosta, Maria Acosta; brother Jose Acosta and grandmother Elvira Martinez.
