Obituary

Angelita Oviedo, age 96, of Avondale, Arizona passed away on July 14, 2020 in Avondale, Arizona. She was born on October 22, 1923 to Secundino Moreno and Rita Moreno in Oilton, Texas.

Angelita loved cooking, crafting, sewing and gardening.

She is survived by her daughters, Maria E. Oviedo, and Margarita Henke; her sons, Jesus Oviedo, Ernesto Oviedo, Jose Oviedo, Fabian Oviedo, and Luis Oviedo Jr. Angeltia is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Mercedes Montgomery and Rosa DelCastillo.

A public visitation has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 28 beginning at 10AM at St John Vianney Church located at 539 E La Pasada Blvd, Goodyear, AZ 85338 to be immediately followed by the Rosary and Mass at the same location.
