Evelyn Kuulei Concepcion-Filivaa of Buckeye, Arizona passed away October 20, 2023. She was born April 2, 1962 in Hagatña, Hawaii, Guam to Enrique Concepcion, Sr. and Evelyn Lasua.

A visitation will begin at 9am, Saturday, November 18 at Thompson Funeral. The memorial service will begin at 11am the same day.
